In A.6.4, footnote 7 should be removed from "function_call"
in "statement_item" and "function_statement_item".

The footnote says "Must be a void function."

But this footnote conflicts with the penultimate paragraph of
section 10.3, p. 40:

  "With SystemVerilog a non-void function call can also be used
   as a statement, but this can result in a warning message."
