In this case I suggest we should this issue (labeled SV-BC-19-35) to be the
same as the issue labeled ETF#85.
the ETF proposal is lingual equivalent (both grammars can parse the same
thing) to the original proposal.
By using the ETF proposal we will be aligned with the Verilog 2001 (IEEE
1364 standard).
