I've got a snapshot of the BNF that is currently in progress.
Since I have all the BNF changes the BC has requested so far,
I'm giving you all a peek. The EC changes are partially implemented
and are marked differently (single underline) from the BC
Draft3 changes (double underline).
While this isn't an official draft yet, you can begin looking into
the editor's notes. The pdf and html versions can be found at
