Subject: [sv-bc] Incorrect application of SV-BC8-7
In section 3.12, page 23, there is a change noted as BC=no #.
This is SV-BC8-7, change masked to 4-state and unmasked to 2-state.
However, this change was applied incorrectly.
REPLACE
If any data type within a packed structure is 2-state, the whole
structure is treated as 2-state. Any 4-state members
are converted as if cast, i.e. an X will be read as 0 if it is in a
member of type bit.
