The final sanity checks and related changes have been completed this
morning. Stu is in the process of making the final versions and should have
them available within the next hour. The version you will be getting is the
editorial version of what will go to the board. The only difference will be
removing any of the notes about editing changes and the indications of the
changes in Draft 6 over draft 5.
 
Thanks to Stu for his work on getting this Draft complete. Many people
worked to get as many issues resolved and make sure that all of the
committees' work is correctly included. This resulted in quite a bit of
effort on Stu's part during the last two evenings (late - all night) that
was above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. Thanks again Stu.
