In the process of generating Submissions and LRM Changes the request was
made to have templates provided for a standard format. I have just loaded
both Frame and Word templates onto the SV website (www.eda.org/sv) for these
two formats. Please try and use these, if possible, to generate your
changes. This will make some of our lives much easier. If you wish to use
these formats and then send the result as a PDF that is fine as well.
