All of the changes for draft 2 have been sent to Stu for his work on
completing draft 2.

All new changes will have to be made with respect to draft 2.

Please try and make sure that any errata are from the new draft. I have had
a number of errata that have been approved which were from 3.1 after 3.1a
draft 1 was available.
