Attached is a BNF proposal for the class declaration erratum.

We found 2 new erratas:
1. the bnf for a class definition is incorrect. arguments initialization
for the parent class constructor can be modified by a derived class
definition.
ex:
class A extend B(5);
where 5 is the value passed as an argument to the new constructor of B.
