Hi team,

As per the meeting today, we decided to clarify the layout
in the memory pattern file for memories that contain multiple
packed dimensions.

At the end of section 23.17, ADD:

When a memory contains multiple packed dimensions, the memory
words in the pattern file are composed of the sum total of
all bits in the packed dimensions. The layout of packed
bits in packed dimensions is defined in section 4.3.
