As to the date of the meeting. I suspect it is too late to make the
change. We worked through dates pretty carefully in the committee and
this was the best we came up with.

It is a bit late to be raising this issue, but...
My boss thinks that attending this meeting in person is important enough
to approve travel for it. However, I have plans around the Labor Day
weekend which involve guests and would interfere with this date. I
would expect others to also have plans for taking time off around Labor
Day.
Would it be possible to re-schedule the meeting for another date?
