I have just posted EXT-19 to the SV-EC website. This is the extension for
the Scheduling Semantics that was passed to the SV-EC at the last in-person
full committee meeting.
 
Attached to this is the latest description of the proposal for the
scheduling semantics from Phil Moorby
(http://www.eda.org/sv-ec/sv-scheduling-5.html).
 
Please read through this and be prepared to discuss it at the meeting next
week.
