Subject: [sv-ec] Updates to web site

I have made the following additions to the web site.
1. Update to http://www.eda.org/sv-ec/Plan.html to add a Section by section
status for the LRM and to add a list of the open Extensions/Requests that
must be satisfied before we are done.I have given dates for when we need to
complete different items. Make sure you have prepared before the dates
indicated.
2. Update to http://www.eda/org/sv-ec/Extensions.html to add in the link to
the Handle proposal from SV-CC and the Export/Extern requirements from
SV-CC. The action required of SV-EC on these items is purely a review and
incorporation into the LRM as they have been developed within and for SV-CC.
3. Update to http://www.eda.org/sv-ec/CommitteeRequestions.html to update
status of Handle and Export/Extern requests.
