Actually Kevin I suggested in email 478 that "Please bring this up as a
motion in the next meeting (where appropriate)." You still need to do this.
I do not believe it is approriate to do this with email voting since it has
not been discussed in the committee yet. All of the other items that are
being voted on have been.

If you mean swapping [] and [*], we discussed it a few meetings ago and
decided to vote on it at the next voting meeting - I don't think it got as
far as getting a number. (email #471 Jan 13th)
