More notes while wearing my "editor" hat:

Only the last paragraph of this section really belongs
in an LRM. The rest of it is fine for committee
guidelines or policy for adding methods vs system tasks
to the language, but doesn't belong here. The objects
that take methods all have descriptions of what those
methods do.
