Greetings,
With the amount of work that we have to complete I would like to propose
that we have a meeting of the SV-EC committee during the ICCAD conference in
San Jose. Based on some of the constraints that have been discussed the best
days for this would be either Tuesday or Wednesday during the day. I would
like a full day meeting but am open to a 1/2 day meeting if there are issues
with ICCAD attendance.
 
So, please send me your preference using the following choices:
 
A. Day of the week:
1. Tuesday
2. Wednesday
 
B. Duration of meeting:
1. Full day
2. Morning
3. Afternoon
 
We can discuss this in Monday's meeting as well.
