I have posted an update to EXT-14. This is a merge of the two documents
Arturo sent out this afternoon. The contents are in response to review
comments from the last review of the committee.
 
The two changes that were implemented (changing srandom from a task to a
method and modifying the process control class definition to include
srandom/set_randstate/get_randstate) are direct results of the committees
decision to covert $get_randstate and $set_randstate to methods. This is the
reason that they are included in the same proposal.
 
Please review this document before our face-to-face meeting on Tuesday as I
plan to call the vote on this (as well as EXT-9) at the meeting.
