Three bugs in BNF --

   Only accepts method calls for identifiers, instead
   of for any expression that yields a type that allows
   a method call.

   Doesn't accept class parameter overrides when referencing
   an identifier using the scope resolution operator.

   Doesn't accept bit-selects and part-selects when referencing
   an identifier using the scope resolution operator.

The attached proposal fixes these errors.
