Greetings,
As we discussed in the meeting on Monday, passed on the support for this
proposal from the straw vote, I am sending the request for an email vote on
EXT-12 based on the latest proposal that Arturo sent by email and is posted
on the web site.
Please respond, by company, to the following vote:
Approve EXT-12 (version from 12-2-2003):
Yes ___ No ___
If you could please respond by the end of Sunday I would appreciate it. The
official close date is one week from today, the end of Monday Dec. 8th. If
all votes are in before the meeting on Monday (end of Sunday) then we can
tally and close at the meeting.
