We have received some of the votes, please vote
as soon as possible.
One addition to the list of eligible voters. After
reviewing the notes and attendee list, I had missed
Stu Sutherland in the eligible voters, sorry. The
correct number is 13 eligible voters for the email vote.

Hi,
Based on March 19th, 2007 and previous sv-ec meeting, we are conducting
an email vote on the following mantis item, 890. 
Thanks to Doug for his efforts to getting the latest proposal for part 1
in the mantis data base, there are two documents: 
part1 and part2.  The latest versions for review and vote are as
follows: 
     SV-890-9-part1.pdf (74,854 bytes) 03-30-07 01:37
     SV-890-7-part2.pdf (48,278 bytes) 03-05-07 17:06 Please vote early,
in this way we maybe able to finalize the vote count before the April
5th P1800 meeting so that the proposals have a chance of being
incorporated in the latest draft of LRM.

Please note that the operating guidelines are:
- Only one (1) week to respond (Midnight April 6th 2007)
- An issue passes if there are zero ** NO ** votes and at least
  half of the eligible voters respond with a YES vote.
- Any NO vote must be accompanied by a reason.
  This issue will then be up for discussion at the next conference call.

As of the March 19th meeting, the eligible voters are (total 13):
