because you mentioned it as "non-trivial". Am I missing something here?

	
	[DR] I believe Mehdi was using "non-trivial" to mean anything
that was not immediately ready to be voted on.

effort for someone to put a proposal into a form that could be approved,
and will be trivial after that point.
