[sv-ec] SV-EC top 25 items for vote [please read carefully, a change in voting structure]

Hi All,
I have updated the spreadsheet on google doc area for sv-ec. A worksheet
is added which has the main list sorted by categories.
Note that we had time to add 'degrees of difficulty' down to mantis 1753
towards the end of the rows.

We only have 8 members who are signed up on google doc to edit the file,
they are highlighted in blue on the second worksheet. [votes by attendees]
We need more members to sign-up and vote.

Since Gord was the only one to cast his vote, and he has voted in a similar
manner to the sv-bc vote method, i.e, choose the top 25 items,
we will make the voting structure similar to lessen the confusion.

Please vote for your top 25 items:
   Highest priority item gets 1
   Lowest priority item gets 25
In this way you are voting on only 25 items.
We will reconcile the votes on May 10th, taking into account categories and
how they are weighted.
By May 13th we will have a finalized ready for p1800 group meeting.

  Please cast your vote by May 8 2010 [Saturday, 11:59pm PDT]
  Result will be posted by Monday morning May 10 2010.
  SV-EC meeting on Monday May 10 2010, will review the votes and
  discuss the final list for p1800 meeting.
