The proposal also needs to be with regards to 1800-2009.
This writeup seems to be with regards to the older 1800-2005.
All of the proposed changes should be colored blue. Examples
shouldn't be shown using italicized text. They should look
like other examples in the existing LRM.
When adding text to the existing LRM, you need to show at least
some of the existing text in that portion of the LRM so that
we know where this new text will be added. There should be
enough of the existing text to make it easier for the reviewers
to fully understand the changes. Doing that prevents oversights.
