Hi all:

I have uploaded an updated proposal for 2506 (_v1). I have tried to take into account some of the feedback given during John's initial proposal. Please let me know if you have any feedback on this update.

One question that I have is regarding the use of the terms "bin tuple" and "value tuple" in the proposal. I believe that these terms are precise and understandable, but they are not used in the rest of the LRM description of cross. There are several terms currently used in the LRM. For instance, on page 499 the following terms are used: cross bins, cross products, cross product bins, and cross coverage bins. I read through the LRM and tried to precisely define these terms and use them instead of "bin tuple" and "value tuple." I wasn't particularly satisfied with a substitute term for "value tuple" in all cases. Do people have an opinion on what should be done with terms "bin tuple" and "value tuple" in the proposal?

Thanks,
Scott
