[sv-ec] No meeting on Monday Feb 28, 2011

Based on the discussions during our last meeting, we will not
hold our regular biweekly meeting on Feb 28 2011 due to the
'DVCon 2011 holiday'.
Also, I will not be able to organize a session on Wednesday
during DVCon at this time, we will resume our regular meetings
on March 14 2011, we will have full plate of items to go through.
