0002985: Multi-dimensional queues - close - duplicate of 245
0000245: Array of queues - close - already implemented
0003254: 18.5.6 if-else constraints mistakenly uses the work "block" when it means "set" - hopefully simple
0002900: Associative array should consider the context of an lvalue to create an entry - updated proposal
