[sv-ec] Instructions to access the first draft from Dennis

  We are moving to the IEEE site to manage documents located at http://mentor.ieee.org. In order to access it, you will need to use your IEEE Web account. To associate yourself with P1800, you need to visit https://development.standards.ieee.org.

  You will then follow these steps:

1. Please access the myProject system (https://development.standards.ieee.org)
2. Once you have accessed the myProject Home screen, click on Manage Activity Profile
3. Once there, please click the (+) sign to expand the IEEE Computer Society Committees listing
4. Once the screen refreshes, click the (+) sign to expand the Design Automation Committee listing
5. Lastly, place a check mark in the working group listing for Standard for SystemVerilog Language Working Group and click 'continue.'
6. The Working Group Chair will then need to authorize you as a member of the working group before you can view the private documents.
  When you register, Karen needs to approve you as an authorized member. Karen Pieper and I have shared the Roster with the IEEE staff and we are working to have all DRs, DRAs and IEEE/Paid Staff to have rights, but this could take a few days. We had thought it was more automatic, but this being our first time through, we too, had problems getting into the system.
