[sv-ec]Email Vote: Response requested by Monday June 6 2011 9:00am

[I updated the eligible voters list based on May 23 2011 meeting]
We are conducting an email vote for the following 3 sv-ec mantis items.
-You have until 9:00am PDT, Monday June 6, 2011 to respond by email
-An issue passes if there are zero NO votes and half of the eligible
 voters respond with a YES vote.
-If a NO vote is given on any issue, you must include a valid argument
 with regards to the text that is being proposed.
 PLEASE indicate the following [for mantis 3278, 3293]
  a) which part(s) of the proposal text you do not agree with
  b) provide your changes and modifications to the text as appropriate
      
 The issue will then be up for discussion during a future conference call.
-Mark your vote with an X in the appropriate response.
-The vote is to approve the mantis item with the proposal given
  [3278, 3293]
 and to CLOSE 3279 (covered by 3278).
