a) 3531, there is an Action Item for Mark to write the modified proposal,
which was discussed in June 6 2011 meeting.

b) 2905 had a champion feedback on June 14 2011, we will allocate some time
to discuss this in upcoming meeting or via email.

 I am not opposing to the change but I am not quite sure why we would not allow
attribute_instances on timeunits declarations. attribute_instances are allowed
on module items, port declarations and non port module items. Is it because
you can have the same time unit declaration more than once in the same scope
and there would be an issue if the attribute instance was specified on one
time unit but not the other time unit declaration?"

c) 3394 ' invalid example for dynamic array'
  No discussion on this, I will ask for email discussion on the comments
  in mantis database.
