[sv-ec] Mantis items in the feedback state -- agenda items for Monday

Below is a list of all 14 of the sv-ec mantis items that are currently
in the feedback state. We need to decide what further action we propose
taking on these in the meeting this coming Monday. There is a Working Group
meeting this coming Thursday. The detailed status of each Technical
Committee will be reviewed in that Working Group meeting.

         Approved with a note - possibly open a new mantis for it.
    0251 SV-EC multiple user defined bins for cross (09/29/10)
         Objection to how the mantis is being closed.
         More of a procedural issue than anything else.
