[sv-ec]Email Vote: Response requested by Tuesday November 1 2011 8 :00am

We are conducting an email vote for the following 2 sv-ec mantis items.
-You have until 8:00am PDT, Tuesday November 1, 2011 to respond by email
-An issue passes if there are zero NO votes and half of the eligible
 voters respond with a YES vote.
-If a NO vote is given on any issue, you must include a valid argument
 with regards to the text that is being proposed, with a possible
 resolution/change/modification.

 The issue will then be up for discussion during a future conference call.
