1. Approve the minutes of 7 April 2003

2. Discussion on last weeks review process.

    The discussion centered on the lack of community review of issues in the
    process. We discussed the problems due to the short turn-around time and
    the amount of questions, issues, and changes that were generated.

    Francoise suggested that a spread sheet be sent to each of the reviewers
    asking them to submit those items which they felt are not closed so that
    we can track them in future effort. This has been done.

    Jay pointed out that the time for any significant changes in the LRM is
    past and the only issues that should be addressed are ones that would
    keep the reviewer from voting on sending the LRM to the board. A mechanism
    was developed to support this.

    We all agreed that the shortening of the time period to roughly a week
    was unfortunate.

3. Schedule for Draft 5 and Board review.

    The Draft 5 LRM is planned to be available this week. We will hold a meeting
    on Monday to discuss any issues raised by it.

    David indicated he would review Draft 5 for consistency with the changes
    that were submitted.

    Voting for sending the LRM to the board needs to be closed by the end of
    next week and will be held as an email vote as decided previously.
