Verilog ++

Draft 1 of our efforts to standardize a subset of Superlog is now ready to download. I was able to convert everything to Framemaker except:

• The BNF (I'll convert that after we review it)
• The chapter on Interfaces (Tom Fitzpatrick has not finished revising it yet)

I've added all the changes that we have approved in our meeting up to this point.

I also came up with a not too creative name for our work, "Verilog Extensions for System Level Design", or "Verilog ESLD". It's easy to change, if/when the committee comes up with a better title.
