[sv-bc] RE: Input on Top 25 SV-BC Requests

Two notes:

1. 2310 is listed twice, for both Intel and Gord. 2310 is the Master Macro issue, the parent for all Macro issues.

2. The Intel issues listed are only the enhancements.
