[sv-bc] "editorial" errors

Hi,

I plan to compile a list of "editorial" errors in 1800-2009: typically errors in examples, where what appears is clearly wrong, and the correction needed is also clear.

You can help by sending a list of Mantis items that you know of that describe such errors or any such errors you know of that have not yet been filed.

We can later publish this as an Errata document.
