Row 1: Cleanup and Ambiguity Resolution: I would add 2114 (7, "Problems in definition of modports/abstract modports") and 1523 (23, "behavior of ?: on complex types"), but delete 1697 (13, "Macro loops").
Row 3: Design Connectivity features (Cliff's X's): I'm not sure what this was supposed to be, because design connectivity features and x's were two different items. I'll assume this row was supposed to cover both. In that case, Mantis 2124 (25, "`default_nettypevar-type directive") should be added.
Row 12: Interfaces: Should include 3053 (3, "Virtual interface and interface-port issues").
