On Mantis 2982, the examples in 20.15.1 cannot be changed to use $urandom, because the subclause is describing the $random function. At least the first example needs to use $random because it is generating signed results. The second example could be changed to recommend using $urandom if you want an unsigned result.
25.7.2 can use $urandom.
(The reference to $urandom in 6.8 should be in code font.)
There are uses of $random in 8.5, 8.7, 8.18, and 25.9.2 that it makes sense to convert to $urandom.
