There is no restriction in the language against using keywords as names for anything, in particular not for attributes. The question is in which contexts such names must be escaped to keep them from being interpreted as keywords?
I think http://www.eda.org/svdb/view.php?id=1123 established that there are no context-sensitive keywords.
So, for example, in the following, the escape is required today
