[sv-bc] RE: Agenda: August 15, 2011 SV-BC Meeting

After reading the minutes of the August 1 meeting, I have made the following editorial changes in the proposal for Mantis 696 and uploaded rev 8.

The changes are:

1. Identifier references in the text were changed to Courier font.
2. The wraparound lines were resolved by changed identifier names from DECODER_WIDTH and ENCODER_WIDTH to DECODER_W and ENCODER_W, respectively.
3. Cross references in the text were underlined.
