[sv-bc] Some email is bouncing

FYI,

There was a recent change made to the process used by the email reflector
used by eda.org. Because of these changes, some emails are bouncing.
This change appears to have been made about a month ago.

What seems to be happening is that when an email is sent as both plain
ASCII text and an html attachment it is getting bounced.

For the short-term please refrain from sending email as an html file until
a final solution has been put in place. There are some discussions taking
place on what should be the final setup. We have also been
informed that alternatives to what we currently have will take
some time to implement.
