I don't think that follows. A vendor may support something (kind of, sort of). But is it regular with other features? Does it have exceptions? Are users ever surprised? Are there bugs that keep "moving around"? Complexity and ambiguity lead to fragility and irregularity in implementation. Can vendors get something together for an eval or bug response? Sure. Does that mean it isn't a major on-going problem?
