[sv-bc] Requesting Errata

Hi all,

        As discussed in Monday's meeting, we are changing the process for creating Errata. If you would like to have an issue raised as an errata, please precede the subject line with the word Errata. For example,

Subject: Errata: Misspelling on page 6

I will periodically review all of the email on the reflector and file issues for any item with this style of subject line. This will allow us to have discussions without having every discussion start a new issue.
