RE: [sv-bc] RE: task/function prototype syntax question

Good point. The syntax of 10.4.4, which is preferable to the
positional style, could not work with a prototype that names no
formals. So if the prototype syntax is modified, some text about
this restriction will need to be added, too. It hardly seems
worth it.

By the way, that section is named badly, because the semantics
are clearly not pass-by-name. The first sentence in the section
is also wrong. Another erratum. :-(.
