Data type extension for net types moved under SV-BC. Dec 1 deadline
does not change. (secondary goal is extending 2-value semantics to
net types). Kathy McKinley will lead subgroup of SV-BC, continuing
work from 1364. Participation open to all. Issue 168 related to
this issues.

AI: Karen to file erratum to update SV LRM references from 1364-2001
to 1364-2005.

Status of generate was raised. Generate to be cross-referenced to
1364-2005.
SV-BC syntax should be synced-up to 1364. Brad is all set toward this
direction.

Karen noted that db operating procedures will be posted.

Champions ratified: Francoise, Shalom, Stu, Dave, Brad, Surrendra,
Bassem
  review proposals from either committee for process, within bounds,
etc.
  tech advisory board, endorse changes to ease P-1800 approval.
