RE: [sv-bc] DataTypes: wording for optional "var"

I included that example because I recall Brad explicitly mentioning it,
but I could be mistaken. I don't have strong feelings about it.

I would assume that "var [7:0] v;" is the same as "var logic [7:0] v;".
