Re: [sv-bc] DataTypes: 11/18/04 Meeting Minutes

I uploaded yet another revision. This one takes care of allowing
implicit data types after the 'var' keyword, e.g.,

        var [3:0] count ;

and for consistency allows var to be used in task/function declarations
even though it's redundant.
