Hello,

I have attached a PDF version of revision 3 of the Data Types on
Nets Proposal. It differs from Revision 2 in that it has an extra
section on the proposed "var" extension. The var LRM changes were not
integrated with the rest of the LRM changes; this will allow the BC to
consider the var extension separately if it chooses.
