[sv-bc] issue 324 for asymmetric casex

I opened an enhancement request for an asymmetric casex, to resolve the
long-standing problems with the current casex, and for consistency with
the new asymmetric wildcard operators.

I just wanted to get it in there before we forget. I don't expect anything
to be done about it any time soon.
