1. I prefer the compiler directive version. I see no advantage to defining
`keywords as a pragma instead of a compiler directive. The only difference
is that as a pragma, the user has more typing to do.
2. I dislike the requirement that `endkeywords must be specified.
I would want the ability to just say `keywords xxxx at the beginning
and have that apply to everything till the end, without having to add
an additional file at the end just for adding an `endkeywords.
3. I'm sorry that this proposal has swelled up like this.
I think the original proposal was compact, clean, and elegant.
