RE: [sv-bc] How do we plan to review the ballot comments?

These dates are fine with me. 
Because I also attend the EC meetings I would like to make sure that we 
don't collide with their days. However I have not heard when they will be
meeting.

I suggest we arrange a face-to-face meeting in early April.  
 
We have from April 1 - April 12 to address the comments as 
filtered by the Champions.  My suggestion would be to hold 
a face-to-face meeting April 4,5 or 6 and follow-up with the
regularly scheduled SV-BC CC on April 11.  If we need more 
time to collaborate, we can hold addition conference calls 
between a face-to-face meeting and the April 11 conference 
call.
 
Would others be willing/able to attend a face-to-face 
meeting April 4th,5th or 6th?  Anyone willing to host? 
 
Please send me your input by Thursday evening.  I will 
send a summary to this reflector on Friday.
