RE: [sv-bc] How do we plan to review the ballot comments?

Hi Matt,

 

It's hard to know how to respond when we don't know the volume of
comments, or their nature. Face to face meetings are good for high level
or controversial issues, but not for resolving high volumes of issues. 

 

So I'm available that week. But willing? :-)

I have only heard from Karen & Francoise on the topic.

Does mass silence imply that the terms are acceptable

and you just need the details in order to arrange your 

attendance?

	Based on input from a couple of people and Johny's mail

	I suggest we arrange a face-to-face meeting in early April.  

	 

	We have from April 1 - April 12 to address the comments as 

	filtered by the Champions.  My suggestion would be to hold 

	a face-to-face meeting April 4,5 or 6 and follow-up with the

	regularly scheduled SV-BC CC on April 11.  If we need more 

	time to collaborate, we can hold addition conference calls 

	between a face-to-face meeting and the April 11 conference 

	call.

	 

	Would others be willing/able to attend a face-to-face 

	meeting April 4th,5th or 6th?  Anyone willing to host? 

	 

	Please send me your input by Thursday evening.  I will 

	send a summary to this reflector on Friday.
